If you need to stop receiving orders for a specific period of time, contact CFS.
If your shop will be closed for a specific amount of time, such as a vacation or holiday, please contact CFS by phone or email. We can mark your shop as closed for a period without changing your store hours or marking you closed on weekdays or weekends.
When emailing or leaving a voicemail, please include:
- Name of your flower shop
- Dates closed
Our system will stop sending orders to you during this “blackout.” When the blackout period ends, it will automatically mark you as active in our system, allowing you to receive orders again.
Closing for one day (such as a public holiday)
If you are closing for a specific day, you can optionally logon to www.cfsorders.com and change your store hours to be closed on that day. Please be sure to set the hours back to normal when you re-open.
