If you cannot fill an order, please contact CFS as soon as possible.
If you receive an order you cannot fill, you can reject the order by contacting CFS. You can call our main line at 1-888-881-6131 or send us an email by either replying to the order email you’re rejecting or sending a new message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number.
If you have to leave us a voicemail by phone, be sure to tell us the order number in your message.
There is no penalty for rejecting an order. We ask that you let us know if you cannot fill an order as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements to ensure that the piece is delivered in time for the service.
