To make sure you receive orders through the system, provide your store hours in the portal.
Your store hours can be changed through the “Preferences & Settings” section of your portal.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. The last item is “Your operating hours and schedule,” where you can enter in your hours. Be sure to click the “Save Schedule Changes” at the bottom of the section to update your record. These hours can be changed at any time and are used to determine whether or not you can receive orders for upcoming services.
Do not pad your store hours. The CFS system automatically gives a lead time of 2 ½ hours before every scheduled service entered on the funeral home website.
Call our main support line at 1-888-881-6131 if you need more than the default 2 ½ hours to complete and deliver orders to the funeral home.
The system will continue to take orders until the default cutoff. If your shop cannot accept these orders based on store hours in your record, they will be dispatched to another filling florist in the area.
