The popout notice is a box that will appear in the bottom right corner of the page. This object is often added to the footer on the website.
If a user closes the box, it will remain hidden when clicking on different pages or links.
The popout notice widget can be found under "Smart Objects." Smart objects can be accessed by clicking on the “Edit” button in the blue bar at the top of the page and selecting the “Smart Objects” button at the top of the sidebar. Click and drag an icon to add a widget to the page.
To have a popup notice appear across the website, add the widget to the footer of the website.
If a popout notice has been added to the footer of your website, its content can be edited by finding the text that says “Popout Notice” within a dashed rectangle.
Hover your mouse over the text and click the pencil icon on the left side of the box.
From the pop-up menu, click on “Popout Content.”
The text in the notice can be directly edited by replacing the black text. Click “Save” to update the box.
Rather than listing the telephone number in the code, the number is added through the "[[telephone]]" content tag. This tag automatically pulls the phone number listed in your site settings. If you change your phone number in settings, it will be instantly updated across the website where the tag is used.
