Here are some common reasons why you cannot log into your CFS website.
You forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email in the “Forgotten Password?” tab in the login box.

Your password will be sent to the email address that you use to login. If you do not enter a valid email with a logon, you will see red text indicating that the address does not have a profile on your website.

If you do not remember what email you use to login, contact us at CFS. We would be happy to help you retrieve your login information.
The website does not come up
If you cannot view your website or any other site, there is likely an issue with your Internet connection. If you cannot view your website but can access others, your IP address has most likely been blocked by your website's security layer. Visit www.ip4.me to look up your address. It should be four numbers separated by periods. Contact CFS by phone or email and provide both the IP and the name of your funeral home.
Your redesign just went live
If you have recently redesigned your website, it’s possible that your website has been moved to a newer system. This will change the secure side of the site's domain, meaning that you will have to refresh your bookmark. Navigate to the front page of your funeral home website and type ‘/admin’ at the end of the domain (for example, www.samplefuneralhome.com/admin). Once you have logged in, be sure to delete your old bookmark and create a new one.
